one count is one second

or one pulse beat
proportion: 4 - 4 - 4 - 4

this makes it easy.
One, inhale 4 counts

two, stop 4 counts
three, exhale 4 counts

four, stop 4 counts
that makes one round

do five rounds consecutively
don't lose count

sit up comfortably with
your back unsupported

a chair is best
breathe only through nose
